Welcome to Outbridge. By engaging our services or accessing our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the services provided by Outbridge ("Outbridge", "we", "our", or "us"). If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

1. Services Provided

Outbridge provides done-for-you outbound client acquisition services for UK recruitment agencies. This includes, but is not limited to:

The specific scope of services will be agreed upon in writing before work commences.

2. Work Product and Intellectual Property

All campaign materials, copy, messaging frameworks, and strategies created by Outbridge remain the intellectual property of Outbridge until full payment has been received. Upon full payment, you are granted a non-exclusive licence to use the materials produced as part of your engagement.

You may not resell, redistribute, or share Outbridge's methodologies, frameworks, or campaign assets with third parties without prior written consent.

3. Payments and Refunds

Payment terms will be set out in your individual service agreement. By engaging Outbridge's services, you agree to the payment schedule outlined at the time of sign-up.

Refunds are not provided for work already completed or campaigns already launched. Where campaigns underperform against agreed benchmarks, Outbridge will continue optimising at no additional charge for a reasonable period as outlined in the individual service agreement.

Any disputes regarding payment must be raised in writing within 14 days of the relevant invoice date.

4. Performance Guarantee

Outbridge is committed to delivering results as described in each client's individual service agreement. Continued campaign optimisation is conditional upon the client providing reasonable cooperation, including timely feedback, access to required accounts, and approval of campaign materials within agreed timescales.

The guarantee does not apply where delays or failures are caused by factors outside Outbridge's reasonable control, including but not limited to: client-side delays, inaccurate information provided by the client, or platform changes by third-party tools.

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the engagement. Outbridge will not disclose your client data, campaign results, or business information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement by providing written notice in accordance with the terms agreed at sign-up. Upon termination, any outstanding fees for work completed to date become immediately payable.

Outbridge reserves the right to terminate or suspend services immediately if a client breaches these Terms and Conditions or engages in conduct that is harmful to Outbridge's reputation or operations.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Outbridge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability in connection with any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to Outbridge in the three months preceding the claim.

Outbridge does not guarantee specific revenue outcomes. While we work to deliver the agreed number of qualified meetings, conversion of those meetings into clients remains the responsibility of the client.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated via email or posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
